Discovering the possibilities of the synthesizer and sampler  gave his life a new turn. he began to synthesize and sample all kinds of music and styles and to melt them together, while seeking to find his own mixture in the Digital Anolog Microcosm.
His sence for arrangement and sound made him produce a multitude of sampling Cd`s/Dvd`s for Ueberschall (Nouvelle Series). From 2001 - 2005 he collaboerated closely with Mousse T. and Cuban singer/songwriter Raul Paz. After years of writing and producing  for other artists and DJ`s ( Mousse T.- Ferry Ultra - Raul Paz ), he took his time for his first solo project named Vodovoz.
His Musical approach and wide range of ideas and influences came together to a warm, deep and balanced mix. 2007 he remixed 4Hero`s single Morningchild ( Danya Vodovoz Midnight Mix ) alongside Massive Attack.

Salto Recordings proudly presents on the new digital side of our label, ´Vodovoz` - Desert Plains.  Russian born and classically trained pianist Danya Vodovoz is one of these old “füchse” in the business. He worked together with Mousse T. produced Sample CDs for the German Company “Ueberschall”, released on labels like Ministry Of Sound, Peppermint Jam, Stereo Cool, Naïve and recently he remixed “4Hero`s “Morning Child” besides Massive Attack. Coming up with a three tracker on Salto Digital, representing his minimal deep-house side, we are very proud to have him on board. Say “welcome” to Vodovoz :
